Yes this guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Took time to answer all our questions. Very professional as well as his crew. He left the house clean, no mess at all. Definitely made an improvement in our home.

Jerry was very professional, yet casual. I expected him to come in with grand tales of saving me 40% a month on my energy bills and the typical spiel, but instead, his focus was on "here's the problem areas I see, here's what I can do, here's how it may improve." He even entertained other ideas and questions I had and he provided honest feedback on the returns I could expect, and steps I could take to do the work myself to avoid a costly job that wouldn't provide adequate results.

I referred my next door neighbor to Home Energy Services! I appreciated Mr. Tarantino‘s thoroughness, professionalism, and overall kindness. He was flexible and responsive when I needed to reschedule multiple times. His team arrived early and was in and out in about an hour. They explained what they were going to do and even took the time to explain how their equipment works. My second floor is now nice and cozy.

The contractor was 1/2 hour late and told us about that. He is very professional and very easy to do business with. Contractor told us that he has installed R-49 Insulation in the attic.Yes I will use the contractor for my future needs.I have already referred him to my brother.

All work was done in a clean and efficient manner. All necessary precautions during pandemic were taken. Jerry stayed in touch during “stay at home” weeks.

Very positive experience. Good communication with me, scheduling then calling ahead to let me know when they were arriving. Crew was very professional, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They used drop cloths to protect the floor. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for other work. Highly recommend!
